Managerial antecedent factors of export market-oriented organizations and their performance consequences : Studying hungarian higher education institutions using a configurational approach

چکیده

The study focuses on the managerial antecedents of export market-orientation and tests complex interaction these factors to two outcomes interest (that is, high market performance vs. absence performance) with a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analytical approach (fsQCA). Using combined survey data twenty five export-orientated higher education institutions based in Hungary results show that ma- nagerial leads performance, whereas misfit between yields performance; theoretical missing from strategic human resource management literatures.
